Customer Service Specialist
Sanctuary Software Studio, Inc. is seeking Customer Service Specialists to join our development team in Medellin, Colombia.
Sanctuary Software de Colombia, S.A.S. provides outsourced development and application support for various industries across web, mobile, and embedded systems primarily supporting US markets. This role offers the opportunity to streamline communication processes and enhance customer satisfaction for a key US based client.
This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Support Specialist in Edificio Forum at Cl. 7 Sur #42 – 70, El Poblado, Medellín, El Poblado, Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for managing incoming customer messages, resolving inquiries, providing technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication. Additionally, the role involves analyzing customer interactions to improve service delivery.
There will be a rotating schedule between team members supporting customers from 8:00AM to 8:00PM Eastern time zone 7 days per week.
This is a full-time position with competitive salary that includes benefits on an ongoing / indefinite term contract.

- C1-level proficiency in English
- Customer Support and Technical Support skills
- Interpersonal Skills and Customer Satisfaction focus
- Analytical Skills for evaluating customer interactions
- Experience in handling customer inquiries and providing technical assistance
- Strong communication skills and ability to empathize with customers
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for customer support
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
